Abstract

The subsidence of National height benchmarks, especially height benchmarks located on soft soil (weak) ground in Southern area, was confirmed by surveying in recent last years. A serie of synchronous solutions is required to recovering and modernizing national height benchmarks system. Some solutions related benchmarks were introduced in last acticle. This acticle aims to propose a new procedure for location and establishment of national height benmarks in Southern area.
