Abstract

The Faye and Bouguer are very important in Geodesy and Geophysic. However, The Faye and Bouguer gravity anomalies have their own treatment, calculation and application. They have the same concept but different calculation methods and original reference so their anomalies values are different. Therefore, the resource and environmental tasks are impossibale to use the gravity anomalies data together. In this article, The authors point out the difference of the anomaly between two fields and propose a solution that is consistent with the general theory of anomaly for two fields; Proposing unified height reference system in the correction of gravity anomalies. Then, improving efficiency in calculating Faye and Bouguer gravity anomalies in natural resources and the environment tasks in Vietnam.
