Abstract

Up to now in Vietnam, there is no a unified system of legal documents regulating activities in remote sensing. The demand for establishing a legal framework for remote sensing activities’ man-agement in Vietnam is getting to be very important. This paper introduces some guidelines about establishing the legal framework for remote sensing activities and the draft of the Decree on remote sensing activities mentioning to the establishment of the legal documents for managing remote sens-ing activities in Vietnam.
