Abstract
This article presents the scientific basis/fundamental for automatically establishing noise-monitoring data using Anoise software, which is created within the framework of the ministerial-level scientific research of “Research on establishing online noise monitoring systems in urban areas using WebGIS technology and wireless transmission”, research code: TNMT.2018.07.06. The process of data establishment includes: i) Data synchronizing; ii) Creating a grid to calculate the synthesized noise; iii) Calculating the distance from the monitoring station to the grid points; iv) Calculating the aggregated noise data on grid points; v) Interpolating raster of noise data and vi) Clipping raster of noise data by boundary. This method is tested in the Nghia Tan ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
