Abstract

This paper introduces the construction and structural solution for the database of total electronic content (TEC) and precipitable water vapor (PWV) in Vietnam. Based on the application of the C# programming solution and the open data management systems PostgreSQL and GeoServer, database be built to manage the entire calculation and update processes of TEC and PWV data in continuous and instantaneous time series, in order to improve the accuracy of satellite positioning, the needs of instantaneous weather forecasting, as well as applications in research and analysis of atmospheric and many other fields.
