Abstract
Implemented monitoring of land use planning is very important that detects inadequacies on time to control and adjust the planning. This action was faced a lot of difficulties by fast change of land use purposes so far. To improve the monitoring efficiency, using remote sensing technology is one of solutions to save time and finance. The first remote sensing satellite of Vietnam - VNREDSat-1 was successfully launched into orbit on 7th May 2013 that had been providing initiative data source for monitoring the land use planning implementation. According to the surveying results, VNREDSat-1 data can supply a lot of information with high accuracy for monitoring the land use planning implementation. The paper focused to the monitoring process of land use planning implementation by using VNREDSat-1 data and tested in Phu Ly, Ha Nam province. Based on the experimental results and evaluation, the monitoring process of land use planning implementation was corrected and divided to rapid and regular technological processes. Both of them could apply widely in practical production.
