Abstract
The requirement to update information and data for objects, phenomena, and natural, social, and environmental processes is a practical requirement to know when and to what extent changes in their state, scale, and nature occur. Each object, phenomenon and process changes over time and space at different speeds, and the requirements for the frequency of information changes are also different, leading to the use of the concept we call "update" associated with each object, phenomenon and process must be truly appropriate to the nature of changes and refreshing frequency. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), the concept of "update" is also used in the case of refreshing information and data every minute, second, and instantly, so this article will discuss the term "update" when used for such frequencies needs to be changed to suit the nature of this concept.
