Abstract

The paper mentions the method of establishing land value maps based on Hedonic theory and GIS technology, from which it is possible to predict the fluctuation of land value when changing the influencing factors. Land use planning is one of the factors affecting future land values. Predicting the impact of land use planning on the trend of land value changes is necessary, computer valuation methods based on computer technology and GIS can solve this problem. In the article, we have experimented for the land area in Quang Ninh province.
