Abstract

The study of land-use change is considered one of the important researches contributes to assess the effect of land use and to make appropriate policies for the use of land in a sustainable way. In recent years, scientists have developed theoretical model for the study of land-use change. Modeling simulation method based on changes in the understanding of the laws of the land use change and predicted the land use changes in the future. The purpose of this paper is based on Markov chain simulation of the probability transition matrix forecasting of land use change for Donganh, Hanoi 2020.
