Abstract

Based on the numerical integral method the author has calculated the influence of topography in height anomaly for 4 typical mountainous regions of Vietnam. The results show that in the north-western and northen regions of North Vietnam the onsidered influ-ence is about 0,2 m and changes the sign from “-" to “+° at the altitude of approximately 1000m while in the southern area of Middle Vietnam it can reach the value of 0,6 - 0,7 m andremains positive. There may be remarked the growth of this quantity with increasing of thetopography height, but not linear independence. Obviously the influence of topography inheight anomaly should be taken into account for every considered areaS in the country.
