Abstract
According to the plans, Quy Nhon is positioned as the central city of Binh Dinh province and the South Central Coast region. To get that stand, Quy Nhon needs to do well in design and planning management. At the same time, Quy Nhon needs to overcome the shortcomings and limitations of the previous planning period. This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of land use planning of Quy Nhon city in the period 2011 - 2020. Statistical methods through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multivariate Regression were used. It supports the identification of factors and their influence on land use planning with 100 survey samples. The analysis results show that the land use of Quy Nhon city in 2010-2020 has not reached the set plan. In addition, using a multivariate regression model, the study identified 5 groups of factors affecting land use planning. They are identified with decreasing influence as Social, Environmental, Legal, Others, Economic.
