Abstract

Bavi is one of the districts in Ha Tay and since August 2008, it has been a suburb district of Hanoi. In the period 2000 – 2010, the economy development and urbanization rate have been increased quite quickly, so the land use has changed. According to the assessment result, it can be seen that in this period, the land use change has met generally the demand of socio-economical development in district. However, land use change management has not still been rigorous and update regularly. Hence, it caused some difficulties in state land management. In this report, we would like to propose some orientations to protect rice land, protective forest land, special use forest land for development planning, to fulfil land record for management and updating land use change adequately.
