Abstract
The article introduces the methodology and solutions to build a platform for sharing resource and environmental data that meets the provisions of Decree 73/2017/ND-CP dated June 14th, 2017 of the Government on collecting, managing, exploiting, sharing and using information, resource and environment data, and the Master Architecture of Information Technology for Natural Resources and Environment developed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City. Test results in Ho Chi Minh City show that the platform is ready to provide nearly 450 data sets according to international open standards and national regulations and standards. Organizations and individuals can exploit and use data through this platform with different access methods and permissions.
