Abstract
Land value zone has been applied by many countries in the worldin the land economy in general and land valuation in particular. We have not been able to sufficiently evaluate all of its applications in the social needs, especially in economic planning and zone’s potential assessment, especially in cadastral work. This report will introduce an application of land value zone. This approach will consider cadastral map from the required aspects of the society instead of the traditional method of giving out accuracy specifications by adapting from large-scale topographic maps.
